The LFL 2026 Promotion (also referred to as LFL 2026 Up & Down) is the LFL's promotion and relegation tournament, seeding bottom 1 team from LFL and the top 2 teams from the LFL Division 2.

    • One team with the least amount of points from LFL 2025
    • Two teams with the highest amount of points from LFL Division 2 2025
  • Double elimination bracket
  • Matches are best of five
  • Winner qualifies for the LFL 2026 Season
