Biography
2015 Season
Due to their 1st place finish at IEM Taipei, yoe Flash Wolves were invited to compete at the IEM Season IX - World Championship. After a Round 1 loss against SK Gaming, Karsa and the team went on to beat Cloud9 in Round 1 of the losers bracket. Round 2 of the losers bracket saw the team's 2nd meeting of the tournament with SK Gaming. A win against the European team secured the yoe Flash Wolves a place in the bracket stage. They were eventually knocked out of the tournament in the semifinals after losing to Team SoloMid.
With a second and third place LMS finish under their belt, the Flash Wolves had obtained a tie for the most LMS Championship Points behind AHQ, and were invited to the 2015 Taiwan Regional Finals. There, FW avenged their playoff loss by defeating Hong Kong Esports 3-2 and acquiring a spot in the 2015 Season World Championship.
At the World Championship, the FW were expected by many analysts to have one of the weakest showings of any team in attendance. However, after a 4-2 group stage with wins over favorites KOO Tigers and Counter Logic Gaming, the Flash Wolves emerged first from groups, becoming the first team in two years to finish ahead of a Korean team in groups at Worlds. In the tournament quarterfinals, FW lost 1-3 to Origen, earning a top eight finish.
At the All-Star 2015 Los Angeles, Karsa was voted to represent the LMS, alongside Ziv, Westdoor, BeBe, Olleh, and DinTer. The LMS Allstars ended up with a 1-2 score, with their only win against the IWC Allstars. Karsa placed top 32 in the 1v1 Bracket, losing to Clearlove.
2016 Season
Flash Wolves established themselves even further as a domestic powerhouse in the 2016 Spring Split. They went on to defeat Ahq e-Sports Club 3-0 in the Spring Playoffs Finals and thus secured a spot at the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational.
In the Double Round Robin group stage Flash Wolves tied for third place alongside SK Telecom T1, with a 2-0 record against the Korean team, International Wild Card representative SuperMassive eSports and EU LCS champions G2 Esports and a losing 0-2 record against the NA LCS winners Counter Logic Gaming and LPL champions Royal Never Give Up. They were then eliminated in the Bracket Stage Semifinals by CLG in a 1-3 loss.
Flash Wolves were drafted as first seed in Group B of the 2016 Season World Championship, along with SK Telecom T1, I May and Cloud9. Though they did manage to give SKT their only loss in the Group Stage, the Flash Wolves ended thier Worlds experience in last place with a 2-4 score.
At the All-Star 2016 Barcelona, Karsa was voted to represent the LMS, alongside Ziv, Maple, BeBe, and Albis. The LMS Allstars ended up with a 2-1 score. Karsa placed top 8 in the 1v1 Bracket, winning games against Celebrity, and Albis, but losing to Smeb.
2017 Season
Flash Wolves continue to dominate the LMS, going undefeated in the LMS 2017 Spring with a 14-0 score and only dropping one game in the LMS 2017 Spring Playoffs, guaranteeing them a spot at the 2017 Mid-Season Invitational.
Flash Wolves were drafted as first seed in Group D of the 2017 Season World Championship, along with Team WE, Misfits Gaming and Team SoloMid. The Flash Wolves had an extremely disappointing run, placing last with a 1-5 score.
Shortly after the All-Stars event, Karsa announced his departure from Flash Wolves and joined LPL's Royal Never Give Up.
