Patch 14.19

Mandate is the first of two enchanter items losing secondary move speed. It should be purchased as the most aggressive enchanter option tailor-made to bring down beefier targets. After all, it's called "Coordinated Fire," not "Coordinated Fire and Then Run Around Quickly." A cheaper price tag partially compensates for the nerf and should still make it appreciable.

Patch 13.12

Imperial Mandate has found itself a new home as a legendary support item and has quickly become one of the default purchases as enchanters' second item. While that's awesome, the item is overpowered and is contributing to League being at one of its burstiest points in recent memory. Overall, these changes are intended as a small nerf, particularly targeting the item's burst output.

  • Coordinated Fire Proc: 70-150 (Level 1-18) ⇒ 80-120 (Level 8-18)
  • Coordinated Fire Movement Speed Bonus: 20% ⇒ 25%


Patch 11.20

Imperial Mandate hasn't been a strong choice for most enchanter supports and bot lane mages. We're giving it the royal treatment with a damage boost to make it more viable as a Mythic.
