HolyPhoenix competed at IEM Season IX - Cologne with Aces High Esports Club after the team won the Turkish Qualifier for the tournament. Aces High were knocked out in the quarterfinals, losing to Team Dignitas, despite taking a game off the North American team.

He is the first Turkish player who made it to Challenger on the EU West server.
