In Hexakill: Twisted Treeline, players play a standard game on Twisted Treeline, except each team has 6 players instead of the usual 3, for a total of 12 players on the map instead of 6. To compensate for the greater number of players on the map, minions and experience scale up more quickly.
Controlling both altars provide buffs to minions, gives faster Recall and an immunity to Vilemaw’s web-vacuum attack.
In this mode, the Twisted Treeline has one less tower on each lane, Altars lock time are halved and Vilemaw respawns faster.
