The Golden League is the biggest League of Legends championship and one of the most important esports events in Colombia. The teams compete for a prize pool and the chance to fight for a spot in the LLA. It's organized by the Spanish Liga de Videojuegos Profesional.
Format
- Five teams participate
- King of the Hill single elimination bracket
- 8th place from the GL 2020 Closing Season receives a bye into KoTH Finals
- 1st place from the CNCO 2020 Closing Season receives a bye into KoTH Round 3
- 2nd place from the CNCO 2020 Closing Season receives a bye into KoTH Round 2
- 3rd and 4th place from the CNCO 2020 Closing Season play in KoTH Round 1
- Matches are best of three and five.
- Winner of both the King of the Hill bracket qualify for the GL 2021 Opening Season
