- Weekly Tournament.
- Single Elimination
- All matches are best of one.
- Northern: 20 events.
- Central: 10 events.
- Southern: 18 events.
- Eastern: 6 events.
- After week 6, the teams that get the highest points from each regions will receive a spot for Season 3 Taiwan Regional Finals.
- After week 16, the teams that get the highest points from each regions will receive a spot for 2014 LNL Winter Qualifiers.
- After week 29, the top 4 teams from each regions receive a spot for Garena Talk Talk League Championship.
