Notes[]

  • The item was removed on Season Two because the stats it gave didn't synergize with each other, and it provided too much magic resistance in one item. The passive was given to
    Warmog's Armor
    and
    Spirit Visage
was given more magic resist to serve as a different end-game MR item.
    • More recently, it was re-added with the Nexus Blitz game mode in Patch 8.16, and in the Summoner's Rift in Patch 10.23.
  • The passive counts as health regeneration.
  • OrnnSquareOrnn can upgrade this Item to a Mastwerwok Item:
    • Item icon is modified with ItemSquareOrnn Modifier
    • Health Mini Icon HP: 400 (+185) with a total of 585
    • MagicResist Mini Icon MR: 55 (+27.78) with a total of 82.78

Patch 12.1

Force of Nature's payout was a bit too hard to reach due to the stack duration. It's also been a bit weaker than its counterpart, Spirit Visage, so, naturally, we’re adding more force to make it the heavy magic resist item.

ABSORB STACK DURATION : [5 seconds] ⇒ 7 seconds
DISSIPATE MAGIC DAMAGE REDUCTION : [20%] ⇒ 25%

Patch 11.23

Force of Nature was meant to fill the void Adaptive Helm left behind, but its value straddles between stacking resistances and movement speed. We've condensed and buffed its effects a bit; it should now be the go-to option when facing heavy magic damage comps or high-DPS mages like Ryze or Cassiopeia.

HEALTH : 350 (unchanged)
MAGIC RESIST : [60] ⇒ 70
MOVE SPEED : 5% (unchanged)
ABSORB [Taking ability damage grants bonus Move Speed and magic resist, stacking up to 5 times. Each unique ability gives 1 stack] ⇒ Taking magic damage from enemy champions grants a stack of Steadfast (max 6) for 5 seconds. Enemy immobilizing effects grant an additional 2 stacks
DISSIPATE While at 6 stacks of Steadfast, take 20% reduced magic damage and gain 10% increased Move Speed
