Tomislav "flyy" Mihailov is the General Manager for Europe for Rogue.

Tomislav "flyy" Mihailov hails from Ruse, Bulgaria. He started getting into gaming in 2003 playing Counter-Strike 1.6 at local internet cafes. This was the only major game that he'd be into until he became interested in League of Legends. He realized that the game was becoming popular very quickly and told gaming organizations that they should invest time and money into teams for it.[6]

Not long after he spread the word about LoL's potential, he became the manager for Dignitas.EU. The team received 4th place in IEM's first League of Legends event, the Season V LoL Invitational. Shortly after, he parted ways with Dignitas.EU.

In January of 2012, he became the manager for Absolute Legends' new roster. This team would be acquired by Curse.EU in June of that year, and flyy joined them in the move. The team had many accomplishments throughout the year.

At the end of 2012, Curse.EU's roster began to depart here and there. A couple of the players, Angush and Creaton, ended up going to Millenium to form a roster at the beginning of 2013 with flyy in tow. This roster stayed together until April, when the team disbanded.

A month later, flyy joined up with mousesports, who recently acquired the roster of Dexter is actually evil. He stayed with them for a month before going to work with Kiedyś Miałem Team in August of 2013. This team was then acquired by h2k-Gaming in September. However, in November, KMT reclaimed the roster. KMT played in the EU LCS Spring Promotion Tournament the next month, qualifying by going 3:0 over incumbent team Ninjas in Pyjamas.

KMT, before the Spring Split began, was picked up by sponsor ROCCAT, and flyy has stayed with the team ever since.
