The Esports Gaming League Summer Showdown is a tournament for some of the top teams in the amateur and collegiate North American League of Legends scene, organized in partnership with Riot Games. The Open Qualifier is the qualifier tournament for entry into the Final Tier 2 tournament in the 2021 Summer Proving Grounds Circuit.
