The 2023 Elite Series: League of Legends Amateur Circuit Spring Open Tournaments ("ESLOL 2023 Amateur Circuit Spring Open Tournaments") is the first year of the Benelux's League of Legends tertiary open circuit under partnership with the Belgian agency Unlocked. In open tournaments, teams compete in order to gain points towards qualification for the split's playoffs phase.

3 Open Tournaments
- February 4th - 5th
- March 4th - 5th
- April 8th - 9th
Teams gain points from their placements in each tournaments.
- The amount of points awarded per Open Tournament increases as the season takes place.
  - The 2nd Open Tournament gives twice the points granted in the 1st Open.
  - The 3rd Open Tournament gives thrice the points granted in the 1st Open (In addition to Auto-Qualification to its top 2 teams).
- The top 2 teams from the 3rd Open Tournament receives automatic qualification to the Playoffs Stage.
- The remaining 6 teams with the most points qualify to the Playoffs Stage.
