The 2023 Elite Series: League of Legends Promotion/Relegation ("ESLOL 2023 Promotion/Relegation") is the second year of the Benelux's merged League of Legends European Regional League (ERL) under partnership with the Belgian agency META. It is the successor of the Belgian League and the Dutch League. In the promotion/relegation tournament, four teams compete in a double-elimination bracket for two spots in the ESLOL 2023 Season.

- 4 teams are pre-seeded into the tournament:
- Bottom 2 teams with the least ESLOL 2022 Championship Points.
- Top 2 teams from the 2022 Tour Masters.
- Round 1 is seeded as follows:
- 7th Place ESLOL versus 2nd Place Tour Masters.
- 8th Place ESLOL versus 1st Place Tour Masters.
- Double Elimination Bracket
- All matches are best of five
- Winners of the upper and lower brackets finals qualify for the Elite Series 2023 Season.
