- Is a big fan of the Korean boy band BTS. He is even a member of their fan club, so he has a light stick.
- Looks up to Wolf.
- Is a very calm and quiet player on stream, in contrast to most of his teammates.
- Due to his calm and quiet demeanor, it has been often joked about that Effort is actually secretly a robot.
- The usually blank-faced Effort's smile is said to melt the heart of many fans.
- Likes Marvel movies. [18]
- Promised to dye his hair blue like V from BTS whom he looks up to if T1 won LCK Spring Split in 2020. He fulfilled this promise.[19]
