Overview

The 2018 EU League Championship Series is the sixth season of Europe's fully professional League of Legends league. In the playoffs, six teams compete in a single-elimination bracket for prize money and Championship Points.

Format

Single elimination with a third-place match.
1st and 2nd place of the Summer Season get a bye into the semifinals.
3rd through 6th place of the Summer Season play in the quarterfinals.
Teams are reseeded after quarterfinals so the first-place team always plays the lowest-ranked advancing quarterfinal team.
All matches are best of five
