The 2018 EU League Championship Series is the sixth season of Europe's fully professional League of Legends league. In the playoffs, six teams compete in a single-elimination bracket for prize money and Championship Points.

Overview

Format

  • Single elimination bracket with a third-place match.
  • 1st and 2nd seed of the Spring Season receive a bye into the semifinals.
  • 3rd to 6th seed of the Spring Season play in the quarterfinals.
    • 3rd seed plays 6th seed while 4th seed plays 5th seed.
  • Bracket is reseeded after the quarterfinals to match the 1st seed with the lowest seed progressing from the quarterfinals.
  • All matches are best of five.
  • Winner qualifies for the 2018 Mid-Season Invitational
  • 1st to 3rd place qualify for Rift Rivals 2018
