Overview[]

The 2017 EU League Championship Series is the fifth season of Europe's fully professional League of Legends league. Ten teams will compete in a round robin group stage, with the top 6 teams continuing to offline playoffs.

Format[]

Two groups of five teams each
- Top two teams from the Spring Playoffs are placed in separate groups,
- Remaining 8 teams are distributed to the groups via snake draft
Each team plays 13 matches.
- Double Round Robin within own group
- Single Round Robin against other group
Best of 3
