The 2021 Dutch League ("DL") is the second year of the Netherlands' fully professional League of Legends European Regional League (ERL) under partnership with the Belgian agency META. It is one of the successors of the Benelux Premier League and the sister league of the Belgian League. In the country finals, three teams compete in a King of the Hill bracket.

- Winner of the Summer Playoffs autoqualifies as first seed
- Top 2 remaining teams with the most Championship Points qualify as 2nd and 3rd seeds.
- Matches are played offline and best of five
