Biography

Diplex was born in Deggendorf, Germany. He began playing League of Legends in 2013, when he was 9 years old. Near the end of 2019, he joined OP innogy eSport. He spent the 2020 season competing in the Prime League Pro Division, achieving middling results. Afterward he moved to Vitality.Bee, where he would remain throughout the 2021 and 2022 seasons, and competed in the LFL. Diplex established himself as a strong mid lane prospect, although his team was never able to pick up an LFL trophy. He attended EU Masters four times. In 2021 spring and summer he was eliminated during the Play-In phase, in 2022 spring he finished in the semifinals, and in 2022 summer he finished in the quarterfinals.

2023 Season

Diplex was called up to the major leagues in the 2023 season when he was signed by Cloud9 to become their starting mid laner. He was the only new addition to the roster at the beginning of the year, replacing Jensen.

Trivia

After joining Cloud9, fans memed that he looked like the child of Sneaky and Jensen.
