    • Single Elimination with 28 teams, LPL teams won't face against each other in the first round.
    • EDG, OMG, IG, WE receive a bye in the first round due to participating in LPL spring playoffs, they won't possibly face against each other before semifinal.
    • All matches are Best of three.
    • Top 8 teams qualify for offline finals.
  • Final Stage(offline) (December 8 - December 13, 2014)
    • Single elimination.
    • Matches are Best of three. Final match is best of five.
