Doom's path to competitive League of Legends kicked off unexpectedly when he stumbled upon a CBLOL broadcast featuring Coelho, who was analyzing a game with Udyr—a champion Doom had mastered in solo queue. Inspired by the coincidence and Coelho’s mention of Malice, a streamer Doom followed, he impulsively sent Coelho a message, not expecting a reply. To his surprise, Coelho responded, sparking a conversation that led to an invitation for a tryout. Fueled by excitement, Doom poured himself into the game, grinding relentlessly while balancing college entrance exams, and climbed to an impressive top 2 rank on the server, primarily playing his main. After months of silence from Coelho, Doom received a sudden call for a tryout — not for the Academy team, but as a trainee for RED. He seized the opportunity, aced the tryout, and earned his spot, marking the start of his professional career within RED Trainee.
