After Dignitas EU qualified for the EU LCS, Dignitas was forced to sell one of its two LCS teams, and they chose to sell the European team. With only one roster change (Obvious being replaced by Trashy), the roster moved to the new organization Follow eSports, later Splyce. Splyce stayed consistently in either seventh place or tied for eighth place in the spring split. Their final record was 5-13, in 8th place ahead of Team ROCCAT and behind Elements. With a favorable promotion tournament seed, Splyce played against Giants Gaming and won 3-2, requalifying for the LCS for the summer split.

Biography[]

Chres "Sencux" Laursen was born in Glostrup and grew up in Brøndby, Denmark. He started playing video games from a young age, his first being Soldier Front, but he spent more time playing football. Sencux started playing League of Legends when he was 15.

2014 Season[]

At the start of the season, Sencux joined Reason Gaming. His first tournament with the team was the EU Challenger Spring #2, where they managed a 3rd place finish, securing themselves a place in the EU Challenger Spring Playoffs. Sencux and the team finished 4th after losing to Denial eSports.Europe in the third-place match. Subsequently, the team finished fourth again in the Copenhagen Games 2014, losing to Counter Counter Clockwise in the third-place match. Sencux left Reason Gaming shortly after.

He then moved on to join 4everzenzyg's fully Danish roster. Sencux and the team competed in the EU Challenger Summer #2, but lost to SK Gaming Prime in the quarterfinals. They also participated in Island of Legends 2014 and were eliminated in the semifinals. Sencux then left the team.

2015 Season[]

Sencux joined SK Gaming Prime at the start of the season, and competed in the International Invitational Tournament 4. The team beat Big Plays Incorporated in the third-place match, finishing third. was up next for SK Gaming Prime. Sencux and the team managed to qualify for the EU Challenger Spring Split through the EU Challenger Spring Qualifier, beating ThunderBot SPARTA in their group final.

Soon after their qualification, Dignitas acquired the team's roster to form Team Dignitas EU. Sencux competed in the EU Challenger Spring Split with the team, finishing in fourth place. Since Sencux and Wunderwear were underage, the team could not play with the current roster and team turned down the opportunity to play with subs and gave up their spot in the Spring Playoffs, which then went to 5th place Reason Gaming.

During the off-season, Brokenshard transitioned from jungler to head coach and was replaced by Obvious, and support Voidle was replaced by Nisbeth, forming an all-Danish roster. In the summer split of the Challenger Series, the team finished in second place with an 8-2 record, behind only Gamers2. In the playoffs, Dignitas EU defeated Denial eSports EU 2-1 and Mousesports 3-2, finishing first and earning a spot in the 2016 Spring Season of the European LCS.

2016 Season[]

After Dignitas EU qualified for the EU LCS, Dignitas, forced to sell one of its two LCS teams, chose to sell their European team. With only one roster change (Obvious being replaced by Trashy), the roster moved to the new organization Follow eSports, later Splyce.[37][38] Splyce remained in seventh place or eighth place for most of the spring split, finishing in 8th place ahead of Team ROCCAT and behind Elements. With a favorable promotion tournament seed, Splyce defeated Giants Gaming 3-2, requalifying for the LCS for the summer split.

Trivia[]

 • Wanted to be called 'Sencu', but the name was already taken.
 • Used to spend most of his time playing football.
 • Has known Wunder since 2011.[39]
