- 7th and 8th place from SBENU Champions Spring 2015
- Top four teams from Challengers Korea Spring 2015
- 7th place is seeded in to Group A; 8th place into Group B
- Group Stage, Two groups of three
- Round Robin, Best of Three
- Opponents are chosen in an alternating order starting with Incredible Miracle.
- Top two teams from each group qualify for Champions Summer 2015
- Tiebreaker Rule
