Overview[]
The CSN playLEGENDS Cup is a series of four cups leading up to a fifth Finals Cup hosted by Cyber-Sports and sponsored by Curse and LoLPro.com. During the four Points Cups, teams earn points with the eight highest point totals qualify for the Finals Cup.
Format[]
- Points Cups
- 32-team single elimination bracket
- Best of 1 until the Finals which are Best of Three
- During each Points Cup a team earns points based upon the number of games won
- Eight Teams with the highest points totals qualify for the Finals Cup
- Finals Cup
- 8-team single elimination bracket
- Best of 1 in the first round, with all remaining matches being Best of Three
Prize Pool[]
There is a grand total prize pool of $1,800 (~€1,360) divided between the four cups and the finals. The first place team of each of the four Points Cups wins $200 (~€150). The remaining $1000 (~€ 750) is divided up to the top four teams of the Finals Cup as follows:
