Overview

The 2017 Latin America South Cup (Spanish: Copa Latinoamérica Sur 2017) is the fifth season of Latin America South's fully professional League of Legends league. In the Promotion Tournament, four teams will compete in two matches. The winners will advance to the 2017 CLS Closing Season, while the losers automatically qualify for the 2017 CDLS Closing Season.

Format

4 teams participate:
- 2nd & 3rd place from 2017 CDLS Opening Playoffs: Bencheados & Legatum.
- 2 relegated teams from 2017 CLS Opening Season: Hafnet eSports & Kaos Latin Gamers.
Matches are best of five.
Winners qualify for the 2017 CLS Closing Season.
