- 2nd placed team from 2018 BRCC Split 1 Playoffs
- Promotion Series: reverse "King of the Hill" bracket: CBLOL 5th vs. 6th, loser vs. 7th
- Access Series: loser of Promotion Series vs. BRCC 2nd place
- Promotion Series matches are best of three, Access Series match is best of five
- Winning teams will qualify for the CBLOL Split 2
