The Brazilian Challenger Circuit (Portuguese: Circuito Desafiante) 2016 Season is the newly-introduced secondary league in Brazil, replacing the old format of a multi-tournament circuit. Six teams will compete in a round robin group stage. At end of Season, the best team qualifies automatically to the next split of the CBLOL.

5 weeks, League play
Single Round Robin
Each match is Best of Two
- 2:0 Winning team receive 3 points
- 1:1 Both teams receive 1 point
Advancement:
- The top four teams advance to the Split 1 Playoffs.
Rankings are determined by the following methods:
1. Total Points
2. Total Wins (Or fewest losses when teams have no wins)
3. Total Game Time (Combining all games won by the team)
