- Two groups of four teams each determined by players' rankings
- Single Round Robin within each group
- Matches are best of one
- All teams qualify for a Waterfall-type elimination bracket
Participants
- 1 Arctic Dawn Gaming rebranded to Optimum Cowboys prior to the start of the tournament but decided on playing its entirety with their previous branding.
