The 2021 Belgian League presented by Proximus ("BL") is the second year of Belgium's fully professional League of Legends European Regional League (ERL) under partnership with the Belgian agency META. It is one of the successors of the Benelux Premier League and the sister league of the Dutch League. In the country finals, three teams compete in a King of the Hill bracket.

- Three teams participate
- Winner of the Summer Playoffs autoqualifies as first seed
- Top 2 remaining teams with the most Championship Points qualify as 2nd and 3rd seeds.
- Matches are played offline and best of five
