The Baltic Playground 2023 ("BP") is the second year of the Baltic-focused 3rd layer of competitions following the region's merge with the Ultraliga. The tournament serves as an open competition for amateur talent within Baltic States and Poland to compete while offering a direct pathway towards promoting into the Ultraliga 2nd Division. In the Spring Qualifiers, up to 32 teams fight in three qualifiers for a chance to qualify for the Spring Split.

- Three online qualifiers

- Single Elimination Bracket
- Matches are best of one (Qualifier 1 only)
- Finals are best of three, all other matches are best of one (Qualifier 2 & 3 only)
- The winner qualifies for the Spring Split
