The Baltic Playground 2023 ("BP") is the second year of the Baltic-focused 3rd layer of competitions following the region's merge with the Ultraliga. The tournament serves as an open competition for amateur talent within Baltic States and Poland to compete while offering a direct pathway towards promoting into the Ultraliga 2nd Division. In the Promotional Regular, top 2 teams from Spring and Summer Playoffs fight in a double round robin for qualification to the Ultraliga 2nd Division Season 8 Promotion.

- 1 Following the completion of the Spring Split, the first seed of the Spring Playoffs, ThunderFlash, acquired the slot of Akademia Hatiego 2 in Ultraliga 2nd Division Season 7. As a result, the top three teams from the Summer Playoffs qualified for the tournament, instead of two.
