Biography[]
Andrew "Azingy" Zamarripa became well-known in the League of Legends community initially as a high-Elo streamer, and a rival to TheOddOne; while TheOddOne is referred to as "The General," Azingy is referred to as "The Master Tactician."
2014 Season[]
On February 20, 2014 Team Dignitas announced that Azingy was joining the team as a substitute jungler.[5]
2015 Preseason[]
With Fission eSports, Azingy qualified for the NA Expansion Tournament via the ranked 5's ladder under the team name 321321321. The team placed 10th, behind Monstar Kittenz and ahead of Team Confusion eSports. In the first round of the online portion of the tournament, Fission lost 0-2 to Team LoLPro. Soon after, the team disbanded and Azingy left; however, he, Indivisible, and I Am The IRS later reformed under the name Team Confound, to play in the NACS Spring Qualifier.
2015 Season[]
Team Dignitas removed Cruzerthebruzer, Azingy, Flappy Bearfish, and Heartbeat as substitutes in January 2015.[6]
Under the ranked ladder team 321321321, Team Confound reached the qualifier with the 5th-place seed and defeated AffNity in the first round before losing to Cloud9 Tempest in the second round. However, after Cloud9 Tempest were found guilty of using a ringer in their matches, Team Confound were given the spot in the NACS Spring Season. After this ruling was announced, the team was acquired by Team SoloMid to form TSM Darkness.
After two weeks of play in the NACS season, Azingy replaced CloudNguyen as the starting jungler of Team Dignitas for week 6 of the NA LCS. The team finished the round robin with a 6-12 record in 9th place. Winterfox, the 8th-place team, chose to play against Team Dragon Knights in relegations, leaving Dignitas to play against Team Fusion. However, while Winterfox was relegated, Dignitas stayed in the LCS for the summer season. Azingy started out the summer season with Dignitas but was replaced by Helios.
