Biography[]
2017 Season[]
Aodi started as a player on the EDward Gaming training squad EDG.Revengers, which qualified for the LSPL and renamed to Team Hurricane. Instead of playing in the LSPL, Aodi was added to the EDG starting roster to split playtime with Mouse. He also changed his name to Audi. During the 2017 LPL Summer Season, Audi played only a handful of games, and most of them were losses, including two losses at Rift Rivals to LMS teams. By the time the split was halfway over, Audi was barely seeing any playtime, and did not compete during playoffs or 2017 Worlds. At the end of the season, he left the team, changed his name to Freecss, and joined Bilibili Gaming, the new organization of I May.
Trivia[]
- His former ID Freecss is named after the character Gon Freecss from the manga Hunter x Hunter.
- His ID Aodi was his given name (Ao-Di). He once changed this ID to Audi due to its similarity to the German automobile manufacturer.
- After his poor performance in Rift Rivals 2017, fans went to the official weibo of Audi (the German automobile manufacturer) and left comments that flamed the player.
