The 2024 Americas Challengers is a cross-regional Tier 2 event taking place at the conclusion of the Summer Season in São Paulo, Brazil. Hosting teams from North America, Brazil, and Latin America, the tournament aims to offer new opportunities for players to grow professionally while heightening rivalries across the Americas. This tournament will not impact the attribution of 2025 Guest Slots in the newly announced Panamerican league.

  North America's NACL.
- 2 from

  Brazil's CBLOL Academy.
- 2 from
  LAT
  Latin America, respective champions of the LRN and LRS.

Group Stage
- Single Round Robin
- All matches are best-of-one (BO1)
- Top 4 teams qualify to the playoffs
Playoffs
- Double-Elimination Bracket
- Finals and Lower Bracket Round 2 are best of five
- All other matches are best of three
- Matches are played in "full fearless draft"; once a champion is picked by either team during a series, it cannot be picked again for the rest of the match.
