The 2025 Mid-Season Invitational (MSI 2025) is held between the second and third splits of all regions. The top two teams of each competitive region compete for the MSI title.

- 10 teams are invited:
- 2 from Korea
- 2 from China
- 2 from Americas
- 2 from EMEA
- 2 from Asia-Pacific
- Winner qualifies for the 2025 Season World Championship
- This spot will only become effective if the winning team reaches the Playoffs in their domestic last split or season
- The second best region in the final standings will also unlock a 4th seed for its domestic league at Worlds 2025
