The 2021 NA Scouting Grounds sponsored by Honda is the sixth annual event of its kind, serving as an opportunity for domestic players to showcase themselves and for LCS teams to sign new talent from within the North American region.

- Top 2 amateur teams from the Summer Proving Grounds
- 10 highest ranked players (2 from each role) invited from NA solo queue
  - Restricted to maximum 30 percent of total games on one champion
  - Minimum 30+ games on 4+ different champions in their desired role

- Double Round Robin
- Matches are best of three
- Top two progress to the Final
- Bottom two play in Third-Place Match
