2014 The Legends Circuit Spring features each Top 8 teams from both Malaysia and Singapore. The top 2 teams from each country will qualify for the 2014 TLC Spring Playoffs.

Format[]
- All 16 teams divided into two regions of eight teams each
- League play
- Each match is best of one
- Each team plays all of the other teams twice
- After the Round Robin matches, all eight teams will move to a Double elimination bracket.
- The top 2 teams from each region will qualify for the 2014 TLC Spring Grand Finals and the next season of TLC.
- The top 2 of 2014 TLC Spring Grand Finals will qualify for 2014 GPL Summer
