This is the online qualifier for the Regional CIS Championship which is being held at LCS Season 3 Moscow.
Overview
The finalists of both qualifiers qualify for the offline event at Moscow, where they compete for $ 37,500 and a spot in the Gamescom 2013 tournament.
Format
- Players must reside in or have the appropriate nationality of a CIS country
- 2 online qualifiers
- Open bracket
- Single Elimination
- Up to Quarterfinals all matches are Best-of-one
- Semifinals and Finals are Best-of-three
